How to Cook Spaghetti

I like cooking by my self when I am home alone. I can fry rice and vegetable, cook dumpling and corn soup, and so forth. My favorite is spaghetti. Spaghetti is a kind of Italian food. It is common in many restaurants. Perhaps many people think spaghetti is troublesome to make. Cooking excellent spaghetti is easy if you follow these four steps.

First, you should prepare some materials: noodles, bacons, corn, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper, and milk, flour for sauce. Second, cook the noodles first, because the noodles are difficult to be cooked. When the noodles are cooked, scoop up from hot water. Then, put the noodles into cold water and wash it by cold water to let it more elastic. The third step is to make the sauce, put flour in the pan. Then, pour milk slowly and beat them up at the same time. Gradually, they merge and become a paste. The fourth step is the most important. Put the paste into the pan, pour some water and beat them up. Then, chop up the bacons, and put bacons, corn, noodles, some monosodium glutamate and some salt into the pan. Fry and toss them together. Finally, put the spaghetti into a beautiful plate and add some pepper. Delicious spaghetti is finished.

I am think spaghettis difficult to cook when I am not able to cook. But if follow these directions, you can make it easily. Enjoy eating your delicious spaghetti.

Have FUN in arrangement !

This product is design for children and babies.

Inspired by a Japanese anemone box (which is traditionally used to hold family heirlooms), the handmade PJ Pocket is a contemporary home accessory with a purpose. From afar it looks like a simple pillow, but a closer look and a twist of the lid reveals your secret stash.

The minimalist lemon twist pattern goes well with most settings, but for little tikes (and the kid in you) the abstract elephant and squirrel designs are delightful. For children it's the perfect hiding place for PJ's, blankets, a stuffed animal, or pacifier. Big kids (adults) can use it to hide slippers, the remote control or other adult necessities. 13" Hexagon.

A Trip with Photography club

Photography club went to Leofoo Village Theme Park in Hsinchu. We rode motorcycles to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, bought some breakfasts, and then took the bus to Hsinchu.

The bus moved fast on the highway. We ate breakfast and chat on the bus. I seldom got up so early after graduating from junior high school and I felt very tired, so I fell asleep soon.

We arrived in Hsinchu Trains Station, just take under two hours. To my surprise, the weather was very nice in Hsinchu. I was first time to Hsinchu town centre. There were Sogo department store, Subway restaurant, Friday’s restaurant and some stores. It was more prosperous than my imagination.

We transferred taxis to Leofoo Village Theme Park. The taxi driver introduced Hsinchu’s streets and roads, Hsinchu’s high-speed railway station and Hsinchu’s specialties on the road.

Arrived in Leofoo Village Theme Park, a senior who study in National Chiao Tung University graduate school came to meet us. Entering the amusement park, Everybody decide to ride Little Rattle in Wild West Area to warm up. Though it is a small roller coaster, Tozck who is the head of our club still was afraid to ride it. He was afraid that roller coaster rises and falls. Then we went to ride Screaming Condor. Screaming Condor is a kind of roller coaster, people is swing and it will dive backwards and forwards. It was too exciting for me to ride it, so I wait them with Tozck. After the terrible roller coaster, we went to play the Big Canyon Rapids Ride. We take a boat and float on the cascades. We were afraid that water might let us moistness, so we dodged the sprays constantly. But we were wet totally finally. Then we decided to take a rest and ate lunch.

After lunch, we went to ride Pancho Villas Crazy Barrels. It is an amusement device that people sit in it and it will rotate fast, resembling coffee cup. I feel that a little boring. Then we went to ride Captain Cook’s Swinging Ship. In fact, it was traditional corsair. I was a few nervous when waiting, because it swayed very high and almost perpendicular. When playing, I felt so exciting. I even took picture with my friend at the tiptop. And we two accompanied the other friends to play again.

Then we went to Arabian Kingdom Area. Here were so exotic. There was parade, I saw a lot beautiful woman in Arabian traditional clothes dancing. Some went to ride Ring of Fire. It is a device a little like roller coaster, but the carriages is on a circle, and it will rotate 360 angular magnitudes. The others who did not want to ride wait them and took picture by the side. Then we went to Sultan’s Adventure. We took the jeep to explore, and there were a lot living models like monsters, witches, dragons and mummies. Sultan’s Adventure was very exciting.

After our Arabia adventure, we went to Mighty Mountain Flume Adventure which was the one of very popular devices in Leofoo Village Theme Park. It is a little like splash Mountain in Disneyland. We took boat, and slide down from the height of many floors. There was water under the mountain. When we slide down, it will splash, and we all wet completely.

After playing many devices, we all felt tired, so we walked around and ate something special like ice cream, fried corn and Indian pastry which pack some roasted meat, raw vegetable and mayonnaise. Although those foods were expensive in the amusement park, they all were very delicious.

In evening, there was a performance of water fountain. Graceful music, glorious water fountain and colorful lights made a perfect ending for us.

Frida

In a Mexico town, the society is involute and conservative then. Additionally, the political situation is chaos and under the revolution of Communist Party at the moment. There is a special woman. Her name is Frida Kahlo. Her life is colorful and full of obstacles. Although Frida’s body is weak, there is a great backbone in her mind. She never gives up her life, love and dream.

One day, Frida went outside with her friend by bus. Accidentally, they came up a car crash. People on the bus were safe, but only Frida hurt serious. After the curing of hospital, she could not walk well like before. But she never gave up, she worked hard to convalesce. So, now, she can walk, and it was depended on her determination and backbone. I thought she was a legendary and brave woman in her period and even now.

Frida is a special woman. Although her husband had a lot of one night stands, and she lost her baby, she never gives up her marriage. She forgives her husband several times. And Frida tells the other woman she loves her husband just because he is that kind of person. Frida is very individual in her love.

In the movie, at one sight she seems pay her all to support Diago’s career, make him achieve his art job without caring herself. She seperates themselves between 2 houses, only a small bridge connect each other, giving Diago a whole space to expand his idea. Or while Diago goes aboard to USA, for develope his business, Frida also flys with him and encourage Diago as he felt lost. But at the same time Frida take care about Diago, she never quit her dream of drawing and always make effort. She knows what she want-draw her inner soul and want to have an exhibition in her country. She reach her dream desirely. She didn’t lost herself after marriage, after love but insist continuing achieve her drawing her goal her dream.

Though Frida hurt serious, she still tried to paint. In the end, she became a famous painter. Though she lost her first child, she still tried to pregnant. Though her husband is not a loyal familiar, she still waited him back. Because bearing so many punches and having strong confidence, she owns life, love and dreams. In short, she is a very special woman. Because observing detailing in life, so that she can see many different points of view. Because of colorful and rich life, she was died peace.

A Memory of My Coat

At a cold day with heavy rain, I only wore a thin uniform and went home tiredly. I was a senior high school student at that time, so I always studied at school till about nine o’clock p.m. and went to cafĂ© to continue studying till it closed.

When I got home, my mother sent her regards to me with a kind smile likewise and gave me hot soup and some food. After taking a hot bath, I entered my room to continue studying for the examination next day. All of sudden, my thinking was broken by my mother’s knock and she called me out. I walked out my room with doubt. Mother gave me a baseball coat which she bought it from Taipei that morning. The coat is coffee and there are haps inside, so it could make me warm. What a surprise day!

Till now, I always wear the baseball coat in winter. Although it was old and a little fading, I still love it very much. Because it symbolize my mother’s love and concern to me.

Paper Cutting

I conbine paper cutting with light. I want it like a kind of Chinese traditional light which the pattern inside can turn around and cast the pictures.

The new work Eleanor assigned last week is making a 1:1 paper model. I cut the model by hand and spent over three day to make.

Though my hand was blistered and I was very tired, I had sense of fulfillment and I love the handmade model very much.

Museum of Tomorrow

There was a new museum in Taipei City several months ago. Walking straight on Civic Blvd, you will see the museum on your right. It is called Museum of Tomorrow. Museum of Tomorrow is transformed from an old car factory of Nissan. The museum is covered by big white canvas, and there is a big title “Museum of Tomorrow.” By the way, It is a 24 hours non stop museum, so you can go there even when the midnight. The night scene is more beautiful. There are several lights projecting on the canvas. Its appearance is full of modern and avant-garde.

Entering the museum, the space is very wide. There are lines of calendars beside the gate, to let visitors tear down and bring home to be a souvenir. The calendars symbolize passing of time. Besides, Museum of Tomorrow retains those original steel bars and old walls of factory, and there are brick-like chairs on the floor. Air ball-like adornments suspend on the ceiling and posters of exhibition hang between pillars. It is a very special space.

Museum of Tomorrow is a new concept museum. The conception of founder is “A Better Tomorrow,” and combines creativeness, culture, environment and art. I think that Museum of Tomorrow is not so much a museum as bring a new living style to people.
